Cursor Agent ea6c269b90 Add service SVG icons to plugin manifests

Add inline SVG brand icons to the 'icon' field in each plugin.json.
Icons sourced from Simple Icons (CC0) where available, with standard
brand marks for Twilio, Slack, and LaunchDarkly.
