Delegate AGENTS.md merges to a dedicated subagent and disable model invocation for the parent skill so the workflow only runs when explicitly triggered.

Apply a full path and identifier rename for the plugin (folder, hooks, skill path, marketplace source, and docs) so installation and references consistently use continual-learning.
