Cursor Agent 15e0c08c2f Add audit-prompt-capture plugin with all Cursor hooks 
- Captures all available hooks: pre/post-prompt, pre/post-response,
  pre/post-tool-call, pre/post-file-edit, pre/post-command,
  session-start/end, context-attach, model-switch, error
- Sends audit events to configurable HTTP/HTTPS endpoint
- Supports Bearer token and API key authentication
- Optional local file logging for offline audit trails
- Data anonymization for sensitive information
- Automatic retry with exponential backoff on failures
- MCP server with tools for querying/exporting audit data

- Add plugin specification README with complete schema documentation
- Include boilerplate plugin demonstrating all components:
  - Rules (.mdc files with frontmatter)
  - Agents (specialized subagent definitions)
  - Skills (self-contained capabilities with SKILL.md)
  - Hooks (pre/post event automation)
  - MCP servers (external tool integrations)
  - Extensions directory structure
