w 208bce72a0 修复(依赖): 移除 netifaces 依赖，使用纯标准库 
- 移除 netifaces 外部依赖，解决部分系统安装异常
- 使用 socket 标准库实现跨平台 IP 检测
- 增加多个 DNS 服务器备用方案提高成功率
- 支持 Windows/macOS/Linux 所有平台
- 更新 requirements.txt 移除 netifaces
