- Remove all drag-and-drop props (sortableRef, sortableStyle, sortableDragging, etc.)
- Remove ListItemDragHandle component
- Add new ListItemLabel component for optional color labels
- Simplify ListItem to basic container with px-6 py-4 padding
- Add not-last:border-b for item separators
- Update event-types-list.tsx and bookings-list.tsx to use simplified API
