## Summary

- Normalize streamed Data Usage responses for summary, logs count, and
spans count into stable JSON result arrays
- Add mocked coverage for text/event-stream headers, time params,
resolution, aggregation flags, and raw filter params
- Add credentialed e2e coverage for logs-count and spans-count

## Verification

- `cargo test parse_data_usage_raw_response`
- `cargo test --test data_usage`
- `cargo test --test e2e data_usage`
- `cargo test --test e2e data_usage -- --ignored`
- Manual:
  - `target/debug/cx usage summary -o json`
  - `target/debug/cx usage logs-count --start now-1h --end now -o json`
  - `target/debug/cx usage spans-count --start now-1h --end now -o json`
