get/delete/update take a rule id but silently accept the version id (the
API answers 200 either way). Add classify_rule_id, which does one list()
call and matches the input against both id fields:
- get/delete (lazy, on-miss): when the direct call misses, resolve a
version id to its stable uniqueIdentifier, warn, and operate on that.
A truly unknown id still errors instead of faking success.
- update (detect-and-error): classify the body's identifier before the
PUT and bail with the correct uniqueIdentifier, replacing the old
advisory warn that let the doomed request go out to a field-less
"400 Invalid UUID format".
The get console link now uses the resolved id. Trim the cx-alerts skill:
the runtime warning is self-documenting, so drop the two-ID explainer.
Tests: classify unit tests; integration coverage for version-id
auto-correction on get/delete, update detect-and-error, and unknown-id
misses, with .expect(0) guards so no wrong-id DELETE/PUT is ever sent.
