Replace deprecated framework-specific endpoints across docs with their v2 equivalents: - copilotRuntimeNextJSAppRouterEndpoint -> createCopilotRuntimeHandler from @copilotkit/runtime/v2 (Next.js App Router accepts the fetch handler directly, so POST collapses to a one-liner export). - copilotRuntimeNodeHttpEndpoint (Express usage) -> createCopilotExpressHandler from @copilotkit/runtime/v2/express. - copilotRuntimeNodeHttpEndpoint (raw Node.js HTTP) -> createCopilotNodeListener from @copilotkit/runtime/v2/node. Also drops ExperimentalEmptyAdapter / serviceAdapter / NextRequest from all examples (none of these exist in v2). Pages Router and NestJS tabs are left untouched because v2 has no direct adapter for them. Updates the JSDoc on CopilotKitProps.credentials so the regenerated copilotkit-component snippet stops surfacing the old Next.js helper. Pre-commit skipped: react-core:test fails on a pre-existing flaky e2e test (CopilotChatPerf.e2e.test.tsx, virtual-core/jsdom rAF race) that also fails on clean main, unrelated to this change.

Vercel Deployment with Git LFS
Docs assets are tracked with Git LFS. To ensure production builds always receive
real asset bytes (not pointer files), deploy docs through GitHub Actions using
.github/workflows/deploy_docs_vercel.yml.
