100% JSX bot at feature parity with the PoC example: issue/page cards, tables, Chart.js charts, Mermaid diagrams, incident/status/links cards, a confirm_write HITL gate, and /agent + /triage slash commands. Registers examples/slack in the pnpm workspace.
