Sam Julien 384d44ce91 style(shell-docs): port canonical sidebar chrome (glass panel + card-pill active item + section header restyle) ...

Sidebar wrapper switches to a rounded glass panel using --glass-background with backdrop blur and no right border. Active sidebar items render as a white card pill (--bg-surface + shadow-sm) instead of accent-colored text, and inactive rows bump to 14px / py-2 for a taller hit target. Section headers drop the 10px monospace caps for 12px sans in --text-muted, and the framework-selector closed pill switches to filled lavender (--accent-light) with a softer border; the sticky selector wrapper was retuned to the glass background so it doesn't punch through the panel.
