CR r5 bucket (a): always stop native Slack streams on failure (thread finish + NativeMessageStream queue drain), advance append/replace text only after apply, rethrow permanent postFile gateway errors, exclude stream.stop from provider-output tracking, classify errors by message, validate prepared turn fields per kind, and stop unit tests from hitting live lock cleanup HTTP.
