Migrate the copilotkit CLI (npx copilotkit create/init/dev) from CopilotCloud into packages/v1/cli. TEMPLATE_REPOS updated to use monorepo subdirectory sparse checkout for all CopilotKit-owned templates, with tarball fallback for external repos (ag2).
