Jordan Ritter fd34bbfbf6 style: format all example files with prettier

Run prettier on ~1,865 files across examples/ to match the monorepo's
formatting standards. These files were imported as-is from standalone
repos that used different prettier configs.

Angular Demo Server

Minimal Hono server for the Angular CopilotKit demo, matching the React demo behavior.

Setup

Add your OpenAI API key to .env:
```
OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-...
```
Install dependencies (from repository root):
```
pnpm install
```

Start the server:

pnpm --filter @copilotkitnext/angular-demo-server dev

The server will be available at http://localhost:3001/api/copilotkit

Testing

To verify the server is running:

curl http://localhost:3001/api/copilotkit/info

You should see JSON with agents and version information.

Using with Angular Storybook

Start the demo server (Terminal A):

pnpm --filter @copilotkitnext/angular-demo-server dev

Start Angular Storybook (Terminal B):
```
pnpm --filter storybook-angular dev
```
Open http://localhost:6007 and navigate to "Live/CopilotChat"
