Adds examples/teams: a runnable Teams bot built on @copilotkit/bot-teams. Demonstrates rendering charts from uploaded CSV files, inbound file handling over the Graph API, and human-in-the-loop confirmation flows, plus the Teams app manifest and packaging scripts.
