Ports 16 per-package docs-links.json files (one per integration column) from 4084. These provide per-(integration, feature) curated docs overrides that the shell-internal DocsRow component reads via `integration.docs_links.features[id]` to render ✓ instead of ✗ in the docs-og/docs-shell badge columns. Consumed by the loadDocsLinks() helper in generate-registry.ts which merges them into the shell's registry.json bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
