Jordan Ritter e92a21cdf7 Rename ops→harness across showcase (env vars, files, API path, tab state, CI) ...

Env vars: OPS_BASE_URL → HARNESS_BASE_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_OPS_BASE_URL →
NEXT_PUBLIC_HARNESS_BASE_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_OPS_TRIGGER_TOKEN →
NEXT_PUBLIC_HARNESS_TRIGGER_TOKEN, with backward-compat fallbacks so
both old and new names work during the Railway env var transition.

Files: ops-api.ts → harness-api.ts (+ test file), all import paths updated.

API proxy path: /api/ops/* → /api/harness/* in next.config.ts rewrite,
FALLBACK_BASE_URL constant, and all test assertions.

Tab state: "ops" → "status" in the union type, URL hash, testid, and
button label. #ops and ops:probe= preserved as legacy redirects so
existing bookmarks keep working.

CI workflow: build_args_ops_url → build_args_harness_url matrix key.
