QA Agent f842b89b72 docs: fix broken documentation links in shared-state rendering guide 
- Update LangGraph link to point to specific in-app-agent-read page
- Remove non-existent useAgent reference link
- All links now resolve to existing documentation pages

Also includes formatter fixes from oxfmt.

Addresses PR review feedback from @MikeRyanDev
