Agent Config guide
- keep the shared guide framework-neutral when package-owned setup
exists
- test current-run context parsing, replacement, and rendered route
content

- Strands TypeScript Vitest: 8 tests passed
- focused shell-docs Vitest passed
- shell-docs typecheck passed
- shell-docs lint passed with unrelated existing warnings
- shell-docs webpack build passed
