Jordan Ritter dd06dd89d1 refactor(showcase): rename packages/ to integrations/

The showcase framework directories better reflect their role as
integration examples rather than distributable packages.
Renames showcase/packages/ -> showcase/integrations/ and updates
the test docker-compose file reference accordingly.

OPENAI_API_KEY is set on the runtime

Test Steps

1. Basic Functionality

Navigate to the voice demo page
Verify the chat interface loads
Verify the mic button is visible in the composer

2. Sample Audio Button

Click the sample audio button
Verify the transcription populates the input field
Submit the transcription and verify the agent responds
