Fixes three `examples/v1/*` README files whose "Clone the repository" step `cd`s into a directory that no longer exists (leftover from when examples were reorganized under `examples/v1/`). Following the README as written fails at the first step with `cd: no such file or directory`. - `examples/v1/chat-with-your-data/README.md`: `cd CopilotKit/examples/copilot-chat-with-your-data` → `cd CopilotKit/examples/v1/chat-with-your-data` - `examples/v1/form-filling/README.md`: `cd CopilotKit/examples/copilot-form-filling` → `cd CopilotKit/examples/v1/form-filling` - `examples/v1/state-machine/README.md`: `cd CopilotKit/examples/copilot-state-machine` → `cd CopilotKit/examples/v1/state-machine` This matches the already-correct format in `examples/v1/travel/README.md`.
