Benjamin Taylor 53492202a1 feat(runtime,sqlite-runner): uniform stop()/abort teardown for execute across backends (Task 1) ...

Intelligence + SQLite stop() now fire the execute() turn's abort signal (not
just the inner agent), and both settle an aborted turn as a single RUN_FINISHED
terminal rather than RUN_ERROR — matching InMemory. runtime + sqlite type-check
clean; 78 runner + 15 sqlite tests green.
