Step 2 of A1: delete the public lifecycle surface from the Channel type + createChannel. The relocated lifecycle lives only on the internal channel.ɵruntime seam (start/stop/addAdapter), and the managed provider moves to channel.ɵruntime.provider (its one production reader, channel-activation- config, is repointed). Running Channels without CopilotKit Intelligence now requires a custom ChannelRunner driving ɵruntime — the intended 'heroics' gate. All lifecycle callers were already migrated to ɵruntime (A1-migrate). Updated the runtime-lifecycle test to assert the public surface is GONE, and fixed the provider mocks + a .tsx straggler the *.ts migration missed. Verified: channels-core 196 green + tsc clean; channels-intelligence 182 green + tsc clean; all 5 adapters tsc clean; runtime channel-activation-config 17 green (runtime's 7 pre-existing test-mock tsc errors unchanged, none new).
