The locked-state card told users to add an Intelligence license with
`copilotkit add-intelligence`, but that command only drops the
Intelligence overlay and does not issue a license (and is not yet wired
into the CLI dispatch). The command that issues a license key is
`copilotkit license`.
- bump a2a-middleware, mcp-apps, agent-spec from 1.59.1 (their verified
pre-revert state) to 1.59.3 to match the starters
- regenerate package-lock.json for the 11 examples whose package.json
changed (drawer deps re-added on starters, version bumps on the three)
- update the migration contract test's version assertions to 1.59.3

Restores #5151 (north-star + batch 1 + crewai-flows + llamaindex),
#5196 (pydantic-ai), #5205 (a2a-middleware), #5211 (mcp-apps), reconciled
onto the current main baseline rather than the pre-revert tree:
- keep main's 1.59.3 pins, AGENT_URL normalization, default agent keys,
useConfigureSuggestions, available:false, useRenderTool
status/parameters API, call-time agent.state reads, and crewai-crews'
rebuilt page (not yet threads-migrated)
- graft the threads layer (drawer/gate/provider, env-gated route
intelligence block, next.config gate, env docs, drawer deps) on top
- drop threads-era sidebar suggestions props where main now registers
suggestions via useConfigureSuggestions (or omits them)
- fix the stale pydantic-ai doc link main reintroduced in ms-af-dotnet

The v1→v2 migration left tool `parameters` in the old v1 array shape
(`[{ name, type, description, required }]`), which does not satisfy the
v2 `FrontendTool.parameters?: StandardSchemaV1` contract. This produced a
`Property '"~standard"' is missing` TypeScript error, failing the
Next.js build for starters whose Docker smoke build typechecks (mastra,
ms-agent-framework-python, adk).
Convert each tool's parameters to a `z.object({...})` schema so typed
`args`/handler arguments resolve correctly. Add `zod` as a dependency to
the two starters (adk, a2a-middleware) that lacked it.
Affected starters: adk, agno, llamaindex, mastra, pydantic-ai,
ms-agent-framework-dotnet, ms-agent-framework-python, a2a-middleware.
24 examples bumped from various 15.0-15.4 versions to 15.5.15.
chat-with-your-data bumped from 15.6.0-canary to 16.1.7.
next-openai: moved OpenAI client init into handlers (15.5 evaluates
edge routes at build time).
Remaining on 14.x: next-pages-router(v1), state-machine, travel,
banking, enterprise-brex, presentation, todo — require major rewrite.
Templates were pinned at old @ag-ui/client versions (0.0.40–0.0.46).
@copilotkit/runtime@1.55.2 ships 0.0.52, which added private fields to
AbstractAgent. The version split caused a nominal type error on build.

Replace eslint and prettier with oxlint and oxfmt for faster linting
and formatting across the monorepo. Remove all eslint and prettier
configs, dependencies, and related packages. Add .oxlintrc.json and
.oxfmtrc.json for the new tooling. Update CI workflows and lefthook
hooks accordingly. Reformat codebase with oxfmt.

Run prettier on ~1,865 files across examples/ to match the monorepo's
formatting standards. These files were imported as-is from standalone
repos that used different prettier configs.
