Tyler Slaton 16a6e1439e refactor(docs): reorganize, repurpose and generally improve documentation experience 
- All CoAgents documentation has been improved or reevaluated in some way
- The coaents-starter has been simplified
- The coagents-starter now has a JS agent
- Expanded and unified examples in guides
- Quickstart has been improved in a number of ways
- Adding documentation about LangGraph interrupt
