feat(react-core): export CopilotKit from v2 subpath
...
Re-export the CopilotKit component and CopilotKitProps type from
@copilotkit/react-core/v2 so users can import the full-featured
provider (with 1.50 compatibility layer) directly from the v2 subpath.

fix(react-core): allow overriding useSingleEndpoint in CopilotKit provider
...
The V1 CopilotKit provider hardcoded useSingleEndpoint={true}, preventing
users from opting into REST transport mode. Now passes through the user's
prop value, defaulting to true for backward compatibility.

Verify that the runtimeConnectionStatus === "connected" guard in
useCopilotChatInternal prevents duplicate connectAgent calls during
runtime initialization.

fix(react-core): prevent duplicate connectAgent calls during runtime init
...
Guard the connectAgent call in useCopilotChatInternal with a
runtimeConnectionStatus === "connected" check so provisional agent
instances created while the runtime is still connecting don't each
trigger their own request.
Fixes #3169
