These images were committed as raw binaries on main despite
.gitattributes marking *.png for LFS tracking. Re-add them through
the LFS clean filter so they're stored as pointers.

Replace Vercel-specific comments and README sections with
generic or Render-specific content. Keep .vercel in gitignore
as a standard exclusion.
