Prep for the 1.61.0 release. Pins every @copilotkit/* dependency in the
examples/integrations starter projects to exact 1.61.0 (not yet published).

Follow-up to the @copilotkit 1.60.1 bump so the integration-demo parity
check passes. The north-star (langgraph-python) is now on 1.60.1, and the
_parity manifest requires every examples/integrations/* demo to track the
same @copilotkit version — so all integrations must move together.
- @copilotkit/* 1.60.0 -> 1.60.1 across the remaining integrations.
- Starter-fleet apps force a single @ag-ui tree via `overrides`
(@ag-ui/client|core|encoder|proto). Bump that single-tree pin
0.0.53/0.0.55 -> 0.0.57 so they actually carry the HttpAgent fetch fix
(Illegal invocation) instead of a 1.60.1<->0.0.55 skew. Adapter packages
(@ag-ui/crewai, @ag-ui/mastra, @ag-ui/llamaindex, @ag-ui/a2a, middlewares)
are left untouched.
- Lockfiles regenerated; all resolve @ag-ui/client 0.0.57.
Per-integration smoke-starter CI validates each starter against 0.0.57.
Bumps every @copilotkit/* pin (react-core, react-ui, runtime, a2ui-renderer,
sdk-js) from 1.59.5 to 1.60.0 across the threads-enabled integration examples,
and regenerates each package-lock.json to the 1.60.0 dependency closure.
Excludes the vestigial langgraph-python-threads example.
Bump @ag-ui/client 0.0.53 -> 0.0.55 across 8 starter example packages and
add npm overrides pinning @ag-ui/{client,core,encoder,proto} to 0.0.55 so
each install resolves a single @ag-ui tree. The mastra starter receives the
same bump alongside its dist-tag pin fixes in a separate commit.
The smoke Dockerfile previously relied on a floating `npm install
next@latest` to upgrade crewai-crews from its pinned Next ^15.5.15 to
Next 16. PR #5250 removed that floating line for all starters, which was
correct for the other five but broke crewai-crews: Next 15 cannot
compile @copilotkit/react-core's `export *` re-exports, so the app build
failed.
Pin `next` to 16.2.7 (current latest, the patched build that compiles
react-core and is free of the 16.0.x security advisory) instead of
restoring the floating dependency. Locally, a clean no-cache
docker-compose smoke build compiles, boots, and passes all 4 starter
smoke tests.
Migrate adk, agno, crewai-crews, crewai-flows, mastra, pydantic-ai, ms-agent-framework-dotnet, ms-agent-framework-python, and llamaindex starters to the CopilotKit v2 `@chat` API and float them to 1.59.3 (package.json, runtime route, layout/page source, lockfiles).
These three starters were migrated to the v2 API surface (23af69041c, already
on main) but never got the matching @copilotkit version bump or provider
config, so their starter smoke is red ON MAIN today (main's latest run is red
for 9 starters) — not a regression from this PR. Healing them here to green
the required check:
- bump @copilotkit/react-core + runtime to 1.59.1 (the v2 pages don't work
against the 1.55.2 pair — same failure mastra had pre-bump; runs 404/hang)
- add useSingleEndpoint={false} to the CopilotKit provider, matching every
batch-1 example: without it the v2 client's endpoint-detection probe GETs
the bare /api/copilotkit, which 404s on the multi-route endpoint and trips
the smoke's zero-console-errors assertion
Verified with the exact CI command (docker compose -f docker-compose.test.yml
up --exit-code-from tests) for llamaindex: 4 passed, exit 0.

24 examples bumped from various 15.0-15.4 versions to 15.5.15.
chat-with-your-data bumped from 15.6.0-canary to 16.1.7.
next-openai: moved OpenAI client init into handlers (15.5 evaluates
edge routes at build time).
Remaining on 14.x: next-pages-router(v1), state-machine, travel,
banking, enterprise-brex, presentation, todo — require major rewrite.
Templates had stale pinned versions ranging from 1.9.3 to 1.52.1.
The CLI does a verbatim sparse checkout of these files, so users
scaffolding via `copilotkit create` were getting old versions installed.

Replace eslint and prettier with oxlint and oxfmt for faster linting
and formatting across the monorepo. Remove all eslint and prettier
configs, dependencies, and related packages. Add .oxlintrc.json and
.oxfmtrc.json for the new tooling. Update CI workflows and lefthook
hooks accordingly. Reformat codebase with oxfmt.
