New users were still discovering cloud.copilotkit.ai through docs pages,
the README, example READMEs, and in-app banners/console messages. Replace
all user-facing web links with dashboard.operations.copilotkit.ai (the
destination the marketing-site CTAs already use). Functional API endpoints
(api.cloud.copilotkit.ai) are deliberately untouched since existing cloud
customers depend on them.

24 examples bumped from various 15.0-15.4 versions to 15.5.15.
chat-with-your-data bumped from 15.6.0-canary to 16.1.7.
next-openai: moved OpenAI client init into handlers (15.5 evaluates
edge routes at build time).
Remaining on 14.x: next-pages-router(v1), state-machine, travel,
banking, enterprise-brex, presentation, todo — require major rewrite.
- Keep deletion of sdk-python/copilotkit/langgraph_agent.py (deprecated LangGraphAgent
removed in this PR; main's unrelated bug fixes are superseded by our removal)
- Resolve poetry.lock conflict by taking main's ag_ui_langgraph 0.0.33

- Add TestAGUIStyleEventIntegration to test_agui_agent.py: proves that AG-UI-style
unprefixed events (manually_emit_message, manually_emit_tool_call, exit) flow
correctly through CopilotKit's _handle_single_event to the AG-UI base handler
without being suppressed or double-converted by the CopilotKit layer.
- Replace LangGraphAgent with LangGraphAGUIAgent in both example files
(canvas/gemini and v1/_legacy/saas-dynamic-dashboards) to close the concern
about removed APIs still being referenced externally.
- Update poetry.lock to reflect ag_ui_langgraph 0.0.32 and dependency updates.

Replace eslint and prettier with oxlint and oxfmt for faster linting
and formatting across the monorepo. Remove all eslint and prettier
configs, dependencies, and related packages. Add .oxlintrc.json and
.oxfmtrc.json for the new tooling. Update CI workflows and lefthook
hooks accordingly. Reformat codebase with oxfmt.

Run prettier on ~1,865 files across examples/ to match the monorepo's
formatting standards. These files were imported as-is from standalone
repos that used different prettier configs.
