Set up contentful/skills repo with:
- AGENTS.md (agent-agnostic conventions) and CLAUDE.md (Claude Code-specific)
- README.md with install commands and available skills table
- 4 optimization skill stubs (readiness, setup, dev, doctor)
- .claude-plugin/ stubs for marketplace packaging
- .claude/skills symlink to .agents/skills/ for Claude Code discovery
- .gitignore and MIT LICENSE
