skill-kit 1.6.2 fixes nested branch reconvergence, so store.diagnosis
is now correctly inferred as guaranteed after the review step. Removes
all non-null assertions on the diagnosis sub-store.

Migrate from skill-kit v1.4 (stash-based state) to the new state system
redesign (store-based with DAG-aware type narrowing). This replaces the
unstructured stash with typed sub-stores that group data semantically and
decouple consumers from producer step names.
Key changes:
- Zod → ArkType for all schemas (schemas.ts + 6 action files)
- stash → sub-stores: onboard (project + setup), doctor (project +
credentials + diagnosis), develop (step access only)
- output → response, stepOutput → response, actionOutput → actionResult
- updateStash removed, replaced by save() callbacks that write to stores
- Subskill params mappers updated from (output, stash) → (output, store)
- Tests updated with valid ArkType-conformant mock data

skill-kit 1.4.0 auto-generates allowed-tools for its own scripts and
MCP tools, so the explicit allowedTools declaration is no longer needed.

Bump @contentful/skill-kit to ^0.7.0 and migrate all step configs to
the new API shape:
- action/actionInput/afterAction → action: { input, run, stash }
- render + rendered → view() in prompt arrays
- Step-level act field → inline act.* in prompt callbacks
- { terminal: true } → terminal constant
- pick-topic: convert 14-option structured askUser to open askUser
(new validation enforces 2-4 option limit)

Add version.ts as the single source of truth for the skill version,
imported by all 4 skill files. release-it bumps it via text
search-and-replace (src/skills/*/version.ts in bumper config).
Add `package` config to the skill definition so skill-kit build
produces a properly formatted package.json with scoped name,
description, license, and files array.
Update @contentful/skill-kit to 0.6.0 (adds package config support,
renames askUser → act.askUser).
Release pipeline order: bump (version.ts + package.json) → build
(reads bumped version, writes correct output package.json) → commit.
