The tracked .npmrc was being overwritten, dirtying the working dir.
Write auth token to $HOME/.npmrc instead. Also skip chore(release):
commits to prevent infinite workflow loops.

Downgrade release-it to v19 for peer compat with
@release-it/conventional-changelog. Bump type is now determined
automatically from conventional commits (feat→minor, fix→patch,
BREAKING CHANGE→major). Workflow triggers on push to main.

Adds release-it with @release-it/bumper to bump all skill package.json
files, plugin manifests, and marketplace configs in lockstep. Includes a
manual-dispatch GitHub Actions workflow for patch/minor/major releases.
Aligns all versions to 1.0.0 as baseline.

First skill-kit skill in this repo. Adds TypeScript infrastructure
(package.json, tsconfig, CI) and the optimization-doctor diagnostic
workflow that scans for Ninetailed personalization issues using a

The skills CLI has no `validate` subcommand. Replace with
`npx skills add . --list --full-depth` which verifies all skills
are discoverable with valid frontmatter. Update AGENTS.md and
skill-authoring references accordingly.
