* Bind voice-profile targets to Never-inject guardrails (fixes #100)

* fix-ups for #133: sync generated copies, changelog, and formatting

- drop the unrelated Dockerfile
- give the guardrail intro line its own paragraph (leading space folded
  it into the previous one) and fix the professional-profile comma splice
- bump plugin.json to 3.25.1 and regenerate the bundled plugin skill and
  cursor rule via the sync scripts
- add the 3.25.1 changelog entry crediting @mahinNadir

npm test green (39/39 check-style, full suite passes).
