Migration to Fumadocs is complete. Remove the fern/ directory and all related configuration: deprecated CI workflows, gitignore rules, CODEOWNERS entry, and references in CLAUDE.md, README.md, context7.json, and pyproject.toml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
