POST /connected_accounts is retired for Composio-managed OAuth auth
configs and now answers 400 with a migration message, so provisioning
died before it reached github and slack. Every toolkit in that loop uses
managed auth, so route initiation through POST /connected_accounts/link,
which takes auth_config_id/user_id and returns redirect_url at the top
level instead of nesting it under connectionData.
