fix(fumadocs): move Twoslash cache to .next/cache for Vercel persistence
...
Vercel automatically persists .next/cache between builds but not custom
directories. Moving the cache ensures it's reused across deployments.

- Install @shikijs/vitepress-twoslash for createFileSystemTypesCache
- Configure typesCache in source.config.ts
- Cache stored in .cache/twoslash (gitignored)
- First build creates cache, subsequent builds reuse it

Fix Tailwind opacity modifier with CSS variable and hydration mismatch

- Use color-mix() for hover border color since Tailwind's opacity
modifier doesn't work with arbitrary CSS variable values
- Add stable id to Tabs component to prevent React hydration mismatch
