Colby McHenry 537a8a0110 merge: gather the telemetry D1 epic line into feature/CG-7 (CG-7) ...

All five epic branches (d1-schema, d1-ingest, dashboard-worker,
dashboard-charts, cutover) were already chained into
feat/telemetry-cutover; this brings that line onto the epic branch
current with main.
