收敛 CodeStable 主入口、runtime preflight、goal driver 与 skill 工程化评测闭环。 - 根 cs 对行动请求同轮直转，咨询与介绍保持非执行 - feature/issue/refactor/epic/docs 按仓库事实恢复，旧 stage skill 保留兼容薄壳 - repo-local runtime 支持版本检测、安全自动同步和显式 refresh-runtime - 完成 Codex/Claude marketplace 1.0.2、升级文档和回归/评测证据 验证：215 tests passed；package/runtime/diff checks passed；独立 review 与 QA 无 unresolved blocking/important findings。

Agent Rules
通用
- 默认用中文写面向人的回复、报告和文档；代码、命令、路径、协议字段、YAML/JSON key 保持原格式。
- 先读仓库事实和已存在的设计/ADR，再改规则或流程；不要只凭记忆改 skill 契约。
- 增加或更新 skill 时，同步检查相关 skill、README/reference、测试和 ADR 中的表述。
- 单个 Markdown 文件不得超过 300 行；超过必须拆分。
- 保持规则言简意赅，优先写可执行约束，不写口号。
CodeStable Skill 边界
- skill 是独立安装单元，运行时不能假设能读取 sibling skill 文件。
- 跨 skill 共享参考文档必须通过项目
.codestable/reference/；模板源在plugins/codestable/skills/cs-onboard/references/。 - 新版 CodeStable 工具和 gate 从
<cs-onboard skill 目录>/tools/调用；不要新增python .codestable/tools/...入口。 .codestable/tools/与旧 worktree/branch artifacts 只作 legacy compatibility；不要默认删除、覆盖或作为新版契约。- CodeStable skills 不决定默认 worktree/branch 策略；该策略由宿主、owner 或独立 skill 决定。
- 不要把
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md当作.codestable/attention.md的替代；项目事实仍应沉淀到对应的 CodeStable artifacts。
验证
- skill/runtime 改动完成前至少运行相关 pytest 与
git diff --check。 - runtime 同步逻辑变更还要运行
codestable-runtime-sync.py --check --json，确认 manifest 与 health 输出一致。
