* ci(deps): add dependabot config with 1-day cooldown Mirrors pnpm-workspace.yaml's `minimumReleaseAge: 1440` (24h) so Dependabot won't open PRs for versions younger than the cooldown window we already apply to local installs. * ci(deps): run dependabot daily instead of weekly
