* fix(build): don't crash build when a PostCSS string plugin can't be resolved (#1509)
resolvePostcssStringPlugins runs in the Vite config hook for every
environment (RSC/SSR/client). When a named PostCSS plugin failed to
resolve from the project root (e.g. a CSS-modules + PostCSS app whose
config lists a plugin that doesn't resolve from where vinext looks), the
thrown error was uncaught and aborted the whole build with an opaque
failure.
Wrap plugin resolution in try/catch and fall back to undefined so Vite's
own postcss-load-config resolves the config relative to the config file
instead of crashing.
