Internal skill that cross-checks skills/mobile/clerk-expo against the @clerk/expo SDK source (clerk/javascript) and clerk-docs after each SDK release: walks the changelog delta from the skill's stamped version, inventories the export/hook/component/plugin surface, validates cited docs URLs, diffs against the skill's snippets/gates/evals, and proposes review-ready edits (or applies them with --apply, bumping the version stamp). Completes the freshness contract for the hardcoded-snippet strategy, mirroring the existing audit-clerk-skill pattern.
