- Router skill now routes to all 9 framework skills (was only nextjs)

- Standardize bun add → npm install across all skills
- Clean up clerk-webhooks: remove stop/read section, merge hint into description
- Move inputs/references under metadata (non-spec top-level fields)
- Remove argument-hint from backend-api
- Quote descriptions with colons (YAML parse fix)
- Rename folders to match skill names (clerk- prefix required by spec)
- Add compatibility field to 6 skills with extra requirements
- Update marketplace.json and docs paths
All 18 skills now pass: npx skills-ref validate
