fix(agents): correct folder naming rule in AGENTS.md

Folder names keep the clerk- prefix, not omit it.

fix: pass skills-ref validation on all 18 skills
...
- Move inputs/references under metadata (non-spec top-level fields)
- Remove argument-hint from backend-api
- Quote descriptions with colons (YAML parse fix)
- Rename folders to match skill names (clerk- prefix required by spec)
- Add compatibility field to 6 skills with extra requirements
- Update marketplace.json and docs paths
All 18 skills now pass: npx skills-ref validate

Skills use generic names per design; descriptions mention auth.
