lxcong 8ce3c4b766 docs: migrate MCP config from stdio runtime to hosted HTTP endpoint ...

The MCP server is now hosted at https://api.agentkey.app/v1/mcp and
clients connect to it as an HTTP MCP endpoint (`type: http`) with an
`Authorization: Bearer ak_...` header — instead of spawning the stdio
runtime via `npx -y @agentkey/mcp`.

- Update fallback / manual-install JSON snippets in SKILL.md, README,
  and README_zh to the new HTTP form.
- Refresh "How do I update" + self-host hints to point at the hosted
  URL (no more `npx -y @agentkey/mcp` re-resolve loop, no more local
  `node dist/index.js` server-iteration command).
- Update SECURITY network egress (api.agentkey.app instead of npm
  registry) and supply chain (the npm package users invoke is now only
  @agentkey/cli; @agentkey/mcp is no longer shipped to user machines).
- Rewrite the CLAUDE.md step-2 description so future edits understand
  that --auth-login writes an HTTP MCP entry, not a stdio command.

Out of scope: .mcp.json / .claude-plugin/plugin.json plugin-mode
config and the protocol/SERVER-IMPLEMENTATION docs — those describe
internal plugin / server-maintainer behavior and should be revisited
separately.
