...
Logs before API call:
- Whether system prompt has cache_control
- How many messages have cache_control
- System prompt type
Logs after API response:
- cache_creation_input_tokens (cache write)
- cache_read_input_tokens (cache hit)
- Explicit "NO CACHING" message if both are 0

Fix glob pattern for Playwright browser paths

playwright 1.57.0 installs chromium to $playwright_path/chromium-*/chrome-linux64/, causing the existing paths to fail to find the browser. globing chrome-linux* will allow watchdog to find playwright installed 32-bit and 64-bit chromium.
