## Summary - Add .agy-plugin as the Antigravity packaging unit for the 27 CORE AgentOps skills. - Include plugin.json, mcp_config.json, hooks.json, and bundled portable SKILL.md files. - Add scripts/validate-agy-plugin.sh to verify AGY CLI validation, Agent Mail MCP config, hook sidecars, skill count, and source/bundle drift. ## Validation - bash scripts/validate-agy-plugin.sh - shellcheck --severity=error scripts/validate-agy-plugin.sh - jq empty .agy-plugin/plugin.json .agy-plugin/mcp_config.json .agy-plugin/hooks.json - git diff --check - bash scripts/regen-all.sh --check - bash scripts/validate-manifests.sh - PRE_PUSH_SKIP_MKDOCS=1 bash scripts/pre-push-gate.sh --fast (passes; existing warn-only executable-spec drift remains: scenarios --lint, trace --orphans) BR: cp-fev
