Add shell hygiene checks to preflight + create merge-worktrees.sh 4. Create post-merge-check.sh for integration validation 5. Start projectDir refactor — 5 production files use resolveProjectDir() 6. Create scope-escape-report.md template in docs/contracts 7. (Items 3+4 overlap: sanitize shell + integration checklist)
