The preflight's own `ao goals measure` and `bd ready` calls mutate .agents/ao/last-processed and .agents/findings/registry.jsonl, causing the dirty-tree check to fail after the other 9 checks already passed. The kickoff script (overnight-evolve.sh) still does its own strict dirty-tree check, so this is purely a preflight ergonomics fix.
