- Add scripts/check-test-staleness.sh (warn when test >5 commits behind source) - Add Testing Rules to CLAUDE.md banning coverage-padding tests - Add cmd/ao (77.9%) to .coverage-baseline.json - Rename 5 *_coverage_test.go files (30 skipped — targets exist) - Document intentional set -uo pipefail in 7 test harnesses
