Boden Fuller 5dc10bf1ab fix(docs): replace phantom ao forge index/search with real subcommands

The homebrew formula and README referenced non-existent `ao forge search`
and `ao forge index` subcommands. Replaced with actual commands:
`ao forge transcript` and `ao forge markdown`.

The ao CLI integrates with the AgentOps Claude Code plugin:
