- post-mortem + handoff: optional 'ms outcome <skill> --success|--failure'
  closing step (conditional on command -v ms; graceful skip, no hard dep) +
  mirrored to skills-codex twins (parity_required) with regen'd hashes.
- scripts/ms-adoption-probe.py: read-only probe counting ms-search vs
  hand-grep events over ~/.claude/projects transcripts; unit test with a
  real-transcript-derived fixture; baseline committed to docs/evals/.

Bandit finding (consume-don't-build): ms outcome rows are WRITE-ONLY w.r.t.
ranking; recorded as an upstream feature note.
